For adults

Train your vision.
With a plan that fits your day.

Visual learning beyond childhood remains an active area of research. If you have amblyopia, we start with your diagnosis and current measurements, then discuss the plan and time needed for training.

Prepare your plan before you begin.

Start with an individual review

Review your diagnosis, optical correction and current care plan, and discuss suitability.

Plan a realistic routine

Choose four days that fit your week. Allow about 72 minutes each day: 60 minutes of active training and twelve one-minute rests.

Follow the measurements

Completed sessions show adherence. Vision measurements track change. The two describe different things.

Ask clearly before committing.

Discuss the required device, initial measurements, monthly follow-up and any cost with the team. The initial plan is around three months and is reviewed with your clinician according to your response.

Cost and questions to ask
Is NAYIR for adults or children?
NAYIR is for adults and children. A clinician reviews suitability for each individual, and a child needs to understand the task and answer independently. Age alone does not determine suitability or outcome.
Are results or a time to improvement guaranteed?
No. Outcomes vary and studies describe specific participants and protocols. Changes are followed through measurements; neither this page nor completed sessions alone can guarantee improvement.
How much time should I plan for?
The initial plan has four flexible training days a week. Each day has one continuous session with 60 active minutes and 12 minutes of scheduled breaks: a nominal 72 minutes in total. Your prescribed plan is the reference.
Does training replace glasses or patching?
Do not change prescribed glasses, patching or other treatment because of this website. Your clinician determines how training fits within your care and optical correction.
